Can one person change the world? 1,500+ social entrepreneurs think so, as members of the International Network of Social Entrepreneurs (INSE).

Launched in December, 2007, by Christophe Poizat, the International Network of Social Entrepreneurs (INSE) has already attracted more than 1,500 members. INSE has positioned itself to become the partner of choice for all global projects to eradicate poverty and restore peace by 2015.

Providing a global platform for social entrepreneurs to connect, communicate and collaborate, INSE members are working in line with the Millennium Development Goals (MDG’s), signed by 191 nations of the United Nations (UN) in 2002.

INSE members combine their expertise, skills, talents and passions for the betterment of humanity and the increased protection of our Earth.

The INSE site provides members with a Web 2.0 platform, shared calendar, discussion forums, files and media galleries and member-posted profiles. Membership is free and made by approved request or by invitation.

Following Gandhi’s philosophy that “You have to be the change you want to see in the world,” INSE fosters connections to pursue business endeavors with global social and environmental benefits.

A recently formed strategic alliance between INSE Founder, Christophe Poizat, and INSE member Yvette Dubel, CEO of WebAntiphon (http://webantiphon.com) is a prime example of the connections and collaborations that are available via INSE’s platform.

Poizat and Dubel are collaborating on a major project – Cultural Fusion Art Series –  supporting Footsteps for Life (FSFL). FSFL addresses the imminent and long-term needs of the orphans of HIV parents in Africa. Cultural Fusion was co-founded by Ronald Wopereis and Dubel, promoting Global Social Responsibility, with a number of existing strategic alliances with NGO’s such as Empowerment Works, International Free and Open Space Software Foundation (IFOSSF) and Help2Read.

INSE has become a direct sponsor, supporting FSFL’s endeavors to rescue, shelter, feed and educate HIV-orphaned African children as FSFL becomes a transparent, selfsustaining organization.

As a partner of choice, INSE and its members can provide project management expertise, making sure to avoid duplication of efforts, avoid wasting resources and potential project failure due to lack of proper funding.

INSE is actively promoting social entrepreneurship with a series of events planned for Q2 of 2008. Sponsorship opportunities for all upcoming INSE events are available.
