We are building an online information center where small business owners, entrepreneurs and inventors can learn how to start, maintain and grow their business with the advice from industry specialists.  53 specialists are contributing to the site in April with monthly articles giving advice in their personal category. We hope to increase the number of categories as we find qualified specialists.

SageListings is an on-line commercial real estate resource that provides owners, investors, tenants and brokers the opportunity to network and make smarter decisions regarding property.  My business partner and I co-founded the company and we are under development currently.  We are building a product with several services totally unique to the marketplace and expect to launch in January 2009.  Services include a Sage Advice column, commercial property listings for sale and lease, broker profiles and rankings, and property valuation services.  We recently began raising capital in January 07 for our first round of $1 million.  Second round financing will be needed for a total of $6 million around the time we launch. 

Realtron Europe is founded in 1979 by Mr. Louis Biesbrouck(tax-lawyer) and we had a cooperation with Realtron, Toronto, Canada, where the name came from. In that time we offered shoppingcenters in Canada to Dutch investors. Hereafter we came in contact with Spain and we worked for 19 years as main-agent for Masa International. From 1979 - 2007 we got contacts in more than 35 countries.

Our goal is now to find investors to offer them the investments we have for sale in Holland, Germany, Belgium in shops with apartments above, rented officebuildings, nurseryhomes a.s.o.
